July 4th weekend, 2010. This is the moment Eli became obsessed with fire and firefighters. I'm posting this a year late (the first of my catch-up posts), but it's still relevant. His journal from his pre-K year of school was completely filled with buildings on fire. As you'll see in another catch-up post, he was (not surprisingly) a firefighter for Halloween.
