Start by taking all of the Kleenex out of the box, one-by-one.
Then, flap around a little bit.
Take care not to forget your hat.
And it's important to crinkle some of 'em up.
A good diet is also important. Eat lots of fiber.
And finish off by giving grandma a kiss.
