Childbirth class

We went to the first of our two-part childbirth class Saturday (4/8).

Here' s a photo from someone else's blog of what the labor room looks like. It's a nice hospital and after a key wrong turn we made it to class just in time.

We watched the "birth video." Many gasps from the crowd. We did relaxation techniques. But the tour was the highlight.
